Flexible benefit system

To increase job satisfaction, employees can choose their level of benefit reimbursement, depending on their lifestyle or preferences, and within the budget assigned to each individual. This program provides “Benefit Points” that can be used by employees for their needs, such as self-development costs, expenses, etc.

Support for club activities

This program supports club activities that may include sports or cultural activities for health and friendship among the employees.

Child education assistance

The company provides financial support for the education costs of employees when their children enter college or when they reach a certain age.

Health and medical assistance

The company pays for the costs of employee health check-ups and medical expenses, within a certain budget/scope, that also includes their spouse and children.

Employee’s time-off support

Several different types of paid leave are provided to employees, such as ”Refresh Leave”, which is given to staff who have worked for the company longer than 10 years to recharge their energy, family care leave, child care leave, infertility leave, and “Entrepreneurial Leave, which is given to provide time for each employee to plan for their retirement.
